About Korean Dictionary

KoreanDictionary.net is the place to learn Korean. Our Korean dictionary was built by people who speak both English and Korean on a daily basis. There are many Korean dictionaries on the web but they do not offer the same quality as ours. Our staff includes people who have Korean as their first language and English as their second language so you can be assured that our translations are not only correct but most commonly used in our daily lives.

In early-2010, we started with a few hundred translations, and we continued to add new entries to the dictionary based on what users searched. Later in 2010, we introduced Romanization and in 2012, we began to add examples to show people how each word is used.

With over 23,000 English to Korean translations, alongside the Romanization, KoreanDictionary.net maintains one of the most unique Korean dictionaries online.
